1835 Coffee Co. was born from a simple conviction: that a great cup of coffee deserves more than a drive-thru window. On South Johnson Street, we've built a space where every pour is deliberate, every bean has a provenance, and every guest is treated like a regular before they even sit down.
Our roasters source single-origin lots from sustainable farms across Central America and East Africa. Our baristas train until the pour looks like art and tastes like clarity. And our kitchen starts before dawn so that the pastries you pull from the display case are the best they've ever been — that morning.
